Village at Lake Lily
The Village at Lake Lily is a $100 million four-story mixed-used complex. Constructed in two phases, the nine-acre project features 450 apartment homes, 500 car parking garage, 40,000 SF of retail space for shopping and restaurants. The urban project is part of Downtown Maitland’s redevelopment plan.
This Village at Lake Lily was completed in two phases with the last phase opened in 2010 bringing new restaurants and shopping destinations to Maitland’s ever growing community. The project acts as a gateway and a focal point for the City of Maitland.
