Ritz Carlton Hotel retained ACi Architects as the Design Architect for this new 11-acre, new 266-room luxury hotel/conference center and 80 condominium residences. Located near the city center of Sarasota, the project provides a critical icon to the surrounding downtown mixed-use district. ACi Architects designed the Ritz Carlton Sarasota hotel building’s exterior to respect Sarasota’s early Spanish Mediterranean architectural idioms prevalent along major coastline destinations of Florida including Sarasota, Naples, Palm Beach and Coral Gables.
