Panera Bread

Panera Bread commissioned ACi Architects to design a 5,100 SF new interior restaurant within the Florida Hospital Medical Arts Building in Orlando. The greatest challenge faced with this commission was to create a Panera Bread identity on the ground floor on the Rollins Avenue and Orange Avenue elevations without compromising the existing building’s architecture and meeting Florida Hospitals design standards. The challenge was solved and the Panera Bread and building’s architecture are compliments of one another.

ACi Architects was commissioned separately by Florida Hospital to renovate the existing building’s lobby to accommodate the Panera Bread functional design requirements.
