Off Park Avenue Residences
Off Park Avenue Residences was a conceptual study for eight luxury urban-scaled community located on an urban infill lot in the heart of Downtown Winter Park. The American Federal style building would have been built on a prime intersection located on Park Avenue and Central Park.
ACi Architects were instrumental in providing owner management services, overseeing entitlements, design and construction of the Off Park Avenue Residences. Additional services included conceptual design, city approved designs and entitlement documents. ACi Architects negotiated with leading design specialists and engineering consultants to develop the most cost efficient and design friendly environment that would visually enhance the local community.
