Lake Concord Park
Casselberry joins neighboring cities in developing a new and innovative public/private partnership to create a new downtown mixed-use project of 200 luxury apartments, artists sculpture park, restaurants, office and retail tenants throughout the development of Concord Village at Lake Concord. ACi Architects served as the community designer and project architect to create an illuminating destination and neighborhood gathering place around a new 4-acre lakeside featuring sit-down indoor-outdoor restaurants, within an art-oriented village engaging community spirit, culture, art, music, food, shopping, and quality of life.
