Central Park Residences

Central Park Residences is mixed-use multi-family conceptual study, which was requested by the City of Winter Park to better understand how repurposing two existing buildings currently overlooking Downtown Winter Park’s Central Park. The Central Park Residences would have the recycled the outdated existing post office and vehicle distribution facility converting them into multi-level mixed-used residential housing development.

 
ACi Architects vision for the Central Park Residences is an Arts and Crafts style highlighting the city’s artistic scene in the city’s famous Central Park. This was a public-private-partnership led by the City of Winter Park, USPS and a private developer. This mixed-used would have seen the development of a new post office, restaurants, shopping, commercial and residential units.
