Alhambra Tower

Located on a flatiron-shaped site in the heart of downtown Coral Gables, Alhambra Towers was designed to reflect the city’s century-old architectural legacy while meeting the demands of a modern, global business hub.

This Class A+ office development features efficient, highly usable floor plates above ground-floor retail and dining, seamlessly integrated with an architecturally screened parking structure. The building serves a growing demand from multinational financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate tenants from Coral Gables, Miami, South America, and Europe.

Inspired by George Merrick’s original 1925 vision, the design reflects the Spanish Mediterranean style and classic tower form—organized into a harmonious base, middle, and top. Its proportions, materials, and finishes work in rhythm to create a distinctive and enduring presence in the urban skyline.

In recognition of its architectural excellence, ACi was awarded the 2007 City Beautiful Award for Exterior Design by the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
