Casselberry City Commission awarded a Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract to Associated Consulting International, Inc. (ACi) who is an expert in the area of public/private partnerships. ACi will serve the City as its advisor / representative and will participate in the marketing strategy and developer negotiations.

ACi applied its unique process for selecting qualified developer candidates who fit the vision and guiding principles set forth by the City of Casselberry. This unique process provided ACi with the ability to evaluate and select the most qualified candidate using a soft process approach rather than an RFP. This process allowed for greater flexibility with developers and enabled a successful public-private-partnership to evolve between the City of Casselberry and the developer.
