ACi has been selected to create the required economic analysis, State Comprehensive Plan Update, architectural design and Transit Oriented Development Station Plan with major new design improvements for Longwood’s new Commuter Rail Transit Station Platform, expected to be implemented in 2011. ACi worked closely with FDOT/Seminole County, City Commission, and Administration/Staff in order to anticipate future growth in the area. ACi’s design encompasses new transit mixed-uses including housing, retail, education and office. Additional infrastructure improvements include new streetscape, parking, Lynx bus arrival/departure facility and “kiss-and-ride” drop-off areas for commuter comfort and convenience.
