Station House at Lake Mary

Station House at Lake Mary is a multi-family residential Transit Oriented Development project located in Lake Mary, Florida.  Station House at Lake Mary is adjacent from the SunRail Lake Mary Station and Station Pointe. This 4-story, 200-unit community is the first phase of planned new downtown master plan connecting housing, shopping and transportation to the existing downtown area. Station House features community pools, entertainment and weight room, as well as a garden rooftop, below grade parking and handcrafted figurines.

ACi Architects was responsible for creating a true Public-Private-Partnership (P3) between the City of Lake Mary, land developer and financial institutes. The geometrically challenging site required strategic thinking and development to create this visually gorgeous luxury apartment community.
