The Landmark

The Landmark is a luxury condominium located in the heart of Downtown Winter Park off East Morse Boulevard and Park Avenue. This Mid-Atlantic Charleston Georgian style is a four-story condominium with eleven residential units including an internal old world courtyard with a private internal view for residence.    
ACi Architects design consists of rich Italian stone water table, cast stone festoons, ironwork with historically accurate styling elements and details throughout the complex. The Landmark additional features include a rooftop garden, below grade parking and handcrafted figurines and fountains.
