Kummer Kilbourne Historic Residence

The Kummer Kilbourne Historic Residence is a historically preserved household, which is listed on the Winter Park Historic Registry. This 1916 Winter Park home was restored to its previous glory, converting the residence and garage to office use.  

Over fourteen months of detailed research using archival photography and conceptual drawings to until the perfect plan for restoration was developed. Working closely with building officials, fire marshals and a hand selected general contractor the restoration for this 100 year old home become a major success.  The Kummer Kilbourn Historic Residence is furnished with historic period hardware, lighting, bath fixtures, rooftop garden, below grade parking and handcrafted figurines.
