Hermitage

The Hermitage, named after the famous art museum located in Russia, is located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida and is being developed by Allen Morris Residential. The $65 million project, opened at the end of 2015, features 348 one and two-bedroom apartments, an “art gallery” in the lobby; a rooftop pool and spa; a fitness center; an outdoor grill; bicycle storage and service center; and a coffeehouse on the ground floor.

The Hermitage takes into consideration the desires and characteristics of the new generation of urban dwelling Millennials and empty nesters. Included in Forbes list of “Best Cities for Young Professionals”, the Tampa Bay area continues to attract more residents due to the location’s reasonable cost of living, exciting nightlife and favorable business climate.
