Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos – Florida
Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos located in Hollywood, Florida hired ACi Architects to develop their retail, cafe and restaurant. This 10,000 GSF, $3 million dollar establishment owes its success not only to their location but to the unique design inspired by historic Florida Vernacular architecture.
Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos chose a modern “Cracker Style” as driving look and feel. ACi Architects used the eras of Classic Rock and Roll as inspiration to transform tradition Florida Historic Cracker Style into a modern expression. The walls, ceiling panels, and floors use musical patterns, notes and instruments to tie together design and rock and roll.
