City of Longwood
The City of Longwood, located in Seminole County Florida, selected ACi Architects as their Real Estate Development Manager / Planner / Design Architect for creating a Historic Downtown Longwood. The new public-private-partnership deal would create a tax base strategy and master development plan for a new downtown district and SunRail station.
The City of Longwood Master Plan develops an economic cluster combining retail shopping, bar and restaurants, healthcare from South Seminole Hospital connected by the Longwood SunRail station and U.S. 17-92. Ultimately, The City of Longwood Downtown Master Plan resulted in the following:
