Project Description

801 Brickell Hotel

801 Brickell Hotel developed by ACi Architects created a visual experience that is inclusive of Miami’s modern and art deco architectural heritage. The 801 Brickell Hotel study called for a building that stood 50 stories tall and is composed of a strong base, middle and soaring spire/crown top.

801 Brickell was designed for ground floor retail with 12 floors of parking. The residential hotel and convention center would have been located above the parking level with the upper floors being office. Special features included stainless steel curtain wall and trim, five colors of glass, white marble and a granite base. Other 801 Brickell Hotel features include soaring crowning spire, many intricate shapes and artistic forms.
