Construction kicked off today on Integra Lakes at Concord Village, a Public Private Partnership for a 20-acre mixed-use project next to Casselberry’s City Hall. ACi Architects served dual roles as both the City of Casselberry’s Economic Development Advisor, as well as the Design Architect on the $34 Million project developed by Integra Land Company and CASTO. The apartments will include 203 units of one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartment home options, which will be surrounded by luxury shops, waterfront restaurants, and a family friendly park.
