Future residents of the Project will benefit from high-end finishes and an unmatched amenity package which will include a resort-style pool, fitness and wellness features including a dry sauna, salt room and cold plunge, as well as co-working spaces, a grab and go marketplace, and pickleball. The project will feature one, two, and three bedroom units averaging 1,000 square feet.

The 18.48-acre site is located near the intersection of Collier Boulevard, a major north-south artery which connects Naples to Marco Island, and Rattlesnake Hammock Road, which connects Downtown Naples to its eastern suburbs.
